Seit seiner Emeritierung im August 2010 lehrt Prof. Kieser an der Zeppelin Universität in Friedrichshafen. Seit Dezember 2011 hat er dort den Lehrstuhl für Managementtheorie inne und ist Vizepräsident Forschung sowie Dekan der Graduate School.
